हरियाणा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष चौधरी उदयभान के नेतृत्व में पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेताओं का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल मंगलवार को नूंह जाएगा। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री व नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा भी प्रतिनिधिमंडल में विशेषतौर पर मौजूद रहेंगे। इस दौरे का मकसद इलाके में फिर से शांति और भाईचारे की स्थापना करना है। कांग्रेस नेता हिंसा प्रभावित पीड़ितों और इलाके के मौजिज लोगों से मुलाकात करेंगे।कांग्रेस ने हाईकोर्ट के जस्टिस की निगरानी में नूंह हिंसा की न्यायिक जांच करवाने की मांग उठाई है। भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा का कहना है कि अगर भाजपा-जजपा सरकार वक्त रहते उचित कदम उठाती और स्थिति की संवेदनशीलता को गंभीरता से लेती तो यह हिंसा नहीं होती। सरकार अपनी जिम्मेदारी को निभाने में पूरी तरह विफल साबित हुई है।खुद बीजेपी के नेता और स्थानीय सांसद राव इंद्रजीत ने भी पूरे घटनाक्रम में सरकार व प्रशासन की विफलता को जिम्मेदार ठहराया है। ऐसे में न्यायिक जांच करवाकर यह सुनिश्चित किया जाना चाहिए कि मामले के दोषी बख्शे ना जाएं और किसी निर्दोष को किसी तरह की परेशानी ना हो। उदयभान ने कहा कि मामले को लेकर खुद मुख्यमंत्री और गृहमंत्री में समन्व्य का अभाव नजर आता है। मुख्यमंत्री कहते हैं कि पुलिस सभी को सुरक्षा नहीं दे सकती और गृहमंत्री कहते हैं कि वह हिंसा पर जवाब नहीं दे सकते। कभी कहते हैं तीन घंटे के बाद पता चला। ऐसे में प्रदेश की जनता के सामने सवाल है कि आखिर कानून व्यवस्था के लिए कौन जिम्मेदार है।
