उत्तर प्रदेश के एटा के थाना जैथरा क्षेत्र में स्थित गांव सर्रा पुलिया के पास बुधवार की देर रात शाहजहांपुर के कांवड़ियों के वाहन को कैंटर ने टक्कर मार दी। इसके चलते वाहन में सो रहे शाहजहांपुर के एक कांवड़िए की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। जिला शाहजहांपुर थाना मिर्जापुर क्षेत्र के गांव ढाई निवासी बलराम (20) की मौत हुई है। चचेरे भाई रघुवीर सिंह ने बताया कि गांव के करीब 20-25 लोग मंगलवार की रात परसोन शिव मंदिर पर कांवड़ चढ़ाने के लिए जल लेने फर्रुखाबाद को निकले थे। परसोन मंदिर मंदिर पर बुधवार की सुबह पहुंच गए और जल चढ़ाने के बाद आराम किया। शाम करीब 7 बजे गांव के लिए लौट रहे थे। बताया कि कांवड़ियों के साथ मैक्स पिकअप गाड़ी भी थी। जिस पर डीजे लगा हुआ था। रात करीब 10 बजे गांव सर्रा के पास पहुंचे तो मैक्स चालक ने आराम करने के लिए वाहन को रोक लिया। इस दौरान वाहन में बैठे अन्य लोग उतरकर जमीन पर लेटकर आराम करने लगे। जबकि बलराम वाहन के ऊपर लगे डीजे पर ही लेट गया, तभी कैंटर ने पीछे से टक्कर मार दी। इसके चलते मौके पर ही बलराम की मौत हो गई। बताया साथ के लोग व जत्था अलग लेटा था, नहीं तो बड़ा हादसा हो सकता था। थाना प्रभारी फूलचंद ने बताया कि हादसे में युवक की मौत हुई है। अन्य कोई घायल नहीं हैं। शव का पोस्टमार्टम कराकर परिजन को सौंप दिया है।
