हरियाणा के नूंह के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि प्रारंभिक जांच में जो तथ्य सामने आए हैं, उसके अनुसार नूंह हिंसा एक सुनियोजित साजिश थी। इसके लिए काफी दिनों से तैयारी की जा रही थी। ये सभी बातें जांच के दायरे में हैं, इसलिए इस वक्त इससे ज्यादा कुछ कहना उचित नहीं होगा। उन्होंने दोहराया कि नूंह हिंसा के किसी भी दोषी को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। नूंह हिंसा के खुफिया इनपुट के सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा कि इन सभी चीजों की जांच की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस समय कोई टिप्पणी करना उचित नहीं होगा, क्योंकि जांच चल रही है। अगर इस स्तर पर कुछ भी कहा जाता है और जांच के दौरान कुछ और सामने आता है तो आप (मीडिया) ही सवाल उठाएंगे। एजेंसियां जांच कर रही हैं। वहीं, उनसे जब पूछा गया कि विहिप 28 अगस्त को ब्रज मंडल यात्रा फिर से निकालने की योजना बना रही है। क्या उनकी सरकार ने अनुमति दी है तो उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार के पास ऐसी कोई सूचना नहीं है। जब कोई सूचना आएगी, तभी उस पर कुछ बात करेंगे। 31 जुलाई को विहिप के एक जुलूस पर भीड़ द्वारा हमला किए जाने के बाद नूंह में हुई झड़प में दो होम गार्ड समेत पांच की मौत हो गई थी। हिंसा की आग की लपटें गुरुग्राम में भी फैल गई थीं। गोत्र विवाह पर रोक लगाने के संबंध में केंद्र लेगा फैसला खाप पंचायतों द्वारा सरकार से समान ‘गोत्र’ विवाह पर रोक लगाने वाले हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम में संशोधन करने के पूछे गए सवाल पर मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि यह मुद्दा राज्य का नहीं है बल्कि केंद्र का है। देश की संसद ही इस पर कोई फैसला ले सकती है।
