उत्तर प्रदेश के उन्नाव जिले में पुरानी रंजिश में युवती पर ट्रैक्टर चढ़ाकर हत्या करने का प्रयास करने वाले दो युवकों को जिला जज ने सात साल कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। दोनों पर दस-दस हजार रुपये अर्थदंड भी लगाया। सिकंदरपुर सरोसी ब्लॉक के प्यारेपुर गांव निवासी रमेश कुमार ने 24 मार्च 2018 को सदर कोतवाली में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी।रमेश ने पुलिस को बताया था कि बेटी रिंकी 22 मार्च 2018 को घर से सरोसी बाजार जा रही थी। तभी पीछे से तेज रफ्तार ट्रैक्टर ने टक्कर मार दी। हादसे में रिंकी गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गई। जिला अस्पताल में डॉक्टर ने गंभीर हालत देख रिंकी को कानपुर हैलेट रेफर कर दिया था।उसका कई महीने इलाज चला था। पिता रमेश की तहरीर के आधार पर पुलिस ने ट्रैक्टर के रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर यूपी 35 एएच 5770 पर लापरवाही से वाहन चलाने की एफआईआर दर्ज की थी। मुकदमे के विवेचक एसआई अरुण कुमार तिवारी ने साक्ष्य जुटाने शुरू किए तो पता चला कि रंजिशन रिंकी पर शिवहरा गांव निवासी राहुल उर्फ नंदू और सोनेलाल ने जानबूझकर ट्रैक्टर चढ़ाकर जान से मारने का प्रयास किया था।विवेचक ने मुकदमे में धारा 307 की बढ़ोत्तरी करके दोनों अभियुक्तों का नाम चार्जशीट में बढ़ाया था। 10 सितंबर 2018 को विवेचक ने दोनों अभियुक्तों के खिलाफ न्यायालय में आरोप पत्र प्रेषित किया था। शनिवार को मुकदमे की अंतिम सुनवाई जिला जज न्यायालय में हुई। सरकारी वकील की ओर से पेश किए साक्ष्य व दलीलों को सुनने के बाद जिला जज प्रतिमा श्रीवास्तव ने आरोपी राहुल उर्फ नंदू और सोनेलाल को हत्या के प्रयास का दोषी पाया। न्यायाधीश ने दोनों को सात-सात साल कारावास की सजा सुनाई। पुलिस मामले की जांच मे जुटी हे
