उत्तर प्रदेश के मथुरा में एक हैरान कर देने वाला मामला सामने आया है। यहां एक रसूखदार युवक ने सरेराह आठवीं की छात्रा का रास्ता रोककर उसके साथ छेड़छाड़ की। छात्रा निकलने का प्रयास करती रही लेकिन वह उसे निकलने नहीं दे रहा था। यह पूरा वाकया काफी देर तक चलता रहा। वारदात वहां पास में लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे में कैद हो गई। हद तो तब पार हो गई जब पुलिस वीडियो और शिकायत पत्र होने के बाद भी जांच के नाम पर पीड़िता व परिजन को टहलाती रही। मामला उच्चाधिकारियों तक जाता देख अब थाना पुलिस में मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। पूरा मामला राया थाना क्षेत्र का है। यहां स्कूल में छुट्टी के बाद सुबह 11 बजे एक छात्रा घर लौट रही थी। रास्ते में इगलास थाना क्षेत्र के माकलोर निवासी विष्णु ने उसको रास्ते में रोक लिया। वह उसपर खाने के बहाने जबरन होटल में चलने का दबाव बनाने लगा। छात्रा इसका विरोध करती रही लेकिन वह नहीं माना। वह छात्रा के साथ छेड़छाड़ करने लगा। छात्रा सहमी सी खुद के बचाने का प्रयास करी रही। उसकी बात न मामने पर उसने उसकी छोटी बहन को उठा ले जाने की धमकी देने लगा। जब छात्रा उसके साथ जाने को नहीं तैयार हुई तो वह उसके साथ गाली गलौच करने लगा। यह पूरी घटना वहीं पास में लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे में कैद हो गई। घटना बीती 19 मई की बताई जा रही है। किसी तरह वहां से बचकर घर पहुंची छात्रा ने पूरी बात परिजन को बताई। बात सुनकर उनके पैरों तले जमीन खिसक गई। वह छात्रा को लेकर थाना पहुंचे। यहां शिकायती पत्र देकर आरोपी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की। पुलिस को आरोपी के रसूखदार होने का पता चला तो वह जांच की बात कहकर मामले को निपटाने के प्रयास में जुट गई। पुलिस कई दिनों तक पीड़िता व परिजन को टहलाती रही। इसके बाद भी पीड़ित हार नहीं मानें और मामले को अधिकारियों तक ले जाने की बात कहने लगे। मामला अधिकारियों तक पहुंचता देख थाना पुलिस ने आखिरकार मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया। मुकदमा दर्ज होने के बाद भी आरोपी पक्ष पीड़ित पक्ष को धमकी दे रहा है। इसके बाद भी राया पुलिस अभी तक आरोपी को गिरफ्तार नहीं कर सकी है। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही हे
