उत्तर प्रदेश के लखनऊ में बालागंज चौराहे के पास एक अस्पताल के बाहर ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर तेज धमाके के साथ फट गया। सिलेंडर सप्लाई करने वाले दो कर्मचारी इसकी चपेट में आ गए। उनके हाथ पैर के चिथडे़ उड़ गए। एक के सिर का हिस्सा भी उड़ गया। पुलिस ने राहगीरों की मदद से दोनों को ट्रामा सेंटर में भर्ती कराया गया। जिसमें एक कर्मचारी की मौत हो गई। हादसा देख आसपास इलाके में दहशत फैल गई। फरीदीपुर निवासी संजय का ऑक्सीजन प्लांट है। उनके मुताबिक जेपीएस अस्पताल में सिलेंडर की सप्लाई करने के लिए उनके कर्मचारी शोभित और आरिफ डाला लेकर गए थे। अस्पताल के बाहर डाला खड़ा करने के बाद जैसे ही दोनों ने पीछे जाकर सिलेंडर उठाने का प्रयास किया वैसे ही एक सिलेंडर में धमाका हो गया। आरिफ और शोभित उछल कर दूर जा गिरे। हाथ पैर और शरीर के कई हिस्सों के चिथड़े हो गए। खून से लथपथ सड़क पर पड़ा देख उनको कोई हाथ तक नहीं लगा रहा था। 108 एंबुलेंस की टीम पहुंची। पुलिस कर्मियों की मदद से दोनों को अस्पताल भिजवाया गया। जहां इलाज के दौरान आरिफ की मौत हो गई। आरिफ फतेहपुर मवई संडीला का रहने वाला है। वह लखनऊ में दुबग्गा के मुर्दापुर में अपनी पत्नी शमा व दो बच्चों अनस (06) और शिफा (07) के साथ रह रहा था। एडीसीपी पश्चिम चिरंजीव नाथ सिन्हा ने बताया कि घायलों का इलाज प्राथमिकता है। बाकी जांच में देखा जाएगा कि हादसे की वजह क्या है। उधर जेपीएस अस्पताल प्रशासन का कहना है कि उनकी तरफ से कोई ऑर्डर ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर का नहीं दिया गया था।
