हिमाचल प्रदेश के हमीरपुर में 162 सिंचाई योजनाओं का निर्माण शीघ्र की किया जाएगा। यह सिंचाई योजनाएं एचपी शिवा मुख्य प्रोजेक्ट के तहत बनाई जाएंगी। इन योजनाओं की टेंडर प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली गई। इन योजनाओं के तहत 28 विकास खंडों को कवर किया जाएगा। एचपी शिवा प्रोजेक्ट के तहत सात जिलों बिलासपुर, हमीरपुर, कांगडा, मंडी, सोलन, सिरमौर तथा ऊना में यह कार्य किया जाएगा। इसके तहत चार हजार हेक्टेयर भूमि की सिंचाई हो सकेगी। इन सिंचाई योजनाओं के निर्माण कार्य पर 219 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए जाएंगे। किसानों की भूमि पर संतरा, अमरूद, अनार, लीची, आम, प्लम, पिकननट, जापानी फल आदि फलों का रोपण किया जाएगा। डेढ़ वर्ष के भीतर सभी 162 सिंचाई योजनाओं का निर्माण कार्य पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। इसके तहत पहले ही किस क्षेत्र में कब और कितने पौधे लगाए जाने हैं यह निर्धारित किया जा चुका है। इसके आधार पर उन क्षेत्रों में सिंचाई योजनाओं का निर्माण पहले किया जाएगा। शेष बचे दो हजार हेक्टेयर भूमि की पहचान की प्रक्रिया जारी है। 1292 करोड़ रुपये का एचपी शिवा प्रोजेक्ट पांच वर्ष 2028 तक चलेगा। जिला बिलासपुर में चार ब्लॉक बनाए गए हैं। यहां 25 सिंचाई योजनाएं बनाई जाएंगी। हमीरपुर जिला में छह ब्लॉक बनाए गए हैं। इसमें 34 सिंचाई योजनाएं बनाई जाएंगी। कांगड़ा जिला में सात ब्लॉक बनाए हैं जिसमें 32 सिंचाई योजनाएं बनाई जाएंगी। मंडी जिला में छह ब्लॉक बनाए गए हैं जिसमें 37 सिंचाई योजनाएं बनाई जाएंगी। सिरमौर जिला में दो ब्लॉक बनाए गए हैं। इसमें 14 सिंचाई योजनाएं बनाई जाएंगी। सोलन जिला में दो ब्लॉक बनाए गए हैं। इसमें 13 सिंचाई योजनाएं बनाई जाएंगी। जिला ऊना में एक ब्लॉक बनाया गया है जिसमें सात सिंचाई योजनाएं बनाई जाएंगी। एचपी शिवा प्रोजेक्ट शुरू कर दिया है। यह वर्ष 2028 तक चलेगा। इस प्रोजेक्ट के तहत 162 सिंचाई योजनाओं की टेंडर प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली गई है। फेंसिंग और अन्य गतिविधियां भी जोरों पर हैं। डेढ़ वर्ष के भीतर इन सिंचाई योजनाओं का निर्माण कार्य पूरा कर लिया जाएगा। यह प्रोजेक्ट कुल 1292 करोड़ रुपये का है जो प्रदेश के सात जिलों में संचालित है।- डॉ. देवेंद्र ठाकुर, एचपी शिवा प्रोजेक्ट प्रदेश अधिकारी।
