उत्तर प्रदेश के एटा मे अलीगंज। झोलाछाप महिला चिकित्सक से गर्भवती का उपचार करवाया, जिससे उस महिला की हालत गंभीर हो गई। पीड़िता के भाई ने कोतवाली अलीगंज में तहरीर देकर कार्रवाई की मांग की है। थाना क्षेत्र के गांव गेवर असदुल्लापुर निवासी धर्मेंद्र पुत्र राम सिंह की बहन दुर्गा जिसका विवाह जनपद कासगंज में हुआ था और वह गर्भवती थी। कुछ समय पूर्व वह अपने मायके आई थी। दुर्गा गर्भवती होने के कारण उसको प्रसव पीढ़ा हुई। इसके बाद गांव ही आशा कार्यकर्ता मीनेश पत्नी रामरतन दुर्गा को उपचार के लिए अलीगंज के नवाबी रोड पर झोलछाप डाॅक्टर रेनू के यहां पर ले गई। रेनू तथा उसकी पुत्री प्रीती ने दुर्गा का उपचार किया और उसका गलत तरीके से गर्भपात कर दिया। गर्भपात के बाद उसकी हालत बिगड़ने लगी। हालत गंभीर देते हुए झोलाछाप ने दुर्गा को कहीं और दिखाने को कहा। इसके बाद वह दुर्गा को फर्रूखाबाद चिकित्सक के यहां ले गया, जहां पर चिकित्सकों ने बच्चेदानी तथा आंतों को फटना बताया। धर्मेंद्र ने तहरीर देकर उक्त झोलाछाप रेनू तथा उसकी बेटी प्रीती तथा आशा मीनेश के विरूद्व कार्रवाई की गुहार लगाई है।
