उत्तर प्रदेश के बांदा जिले के बदौसा। गर्मी का पारा चढ़ते ही बिजली ने भी गुल खिलाना शुरू कर दिया है। कस्बे में लगा 250 केवीए ट्रांसफार्मर फुंक जाने से रातभर बिजली गुल रही। अंधेरा छाने के साथ गर्मी से कस्बावासी बेहाल रहे। तड़के बिजली आपूर्ति बहाल हो सकी।कस्बे के नई बाजार में 250 केवीए ट्रांसफार्मर लगा है। गर्मी बढ़ने के साथ लोड अधिक बढ़ने पर मंगलवार की देर शाम ट्रांसफार्मर फुंक गया। पूरे कस्बे में अंधेरा छा गया। देर रात तक बिजली न आने और मच्छरों का प्रकोप होने से लोगों की नींद हराम रही। बाहर या छत पर बैठकर लोग बिजली का इंतजार करते रहे। रात करीब 12 बजे बिजली कर्मियों ने ट्रांसफार्मर की मरम्मत शुरू की, लेकिन आधी रात तक ट्रांसफार्मर ठीक नहीं हो सका। कस्बावासियों ने उप खंड अधिकारी अतर्रा से नया ट्रांसफार्मर लगाकर समस्या का समाधान करने की मांग की है।
