उत्तर प्रदेश के औरैया रुरुगंज। कुदरकोट-रुरुगंज मार्ग पर तेज रफ्तार वैन ने पैदल जा रहे किसान को टक्कर मार दी। हादसे में गंभीर घायल किसान की मौत हो गई। कुदरकोट थाना क्षेत्र के नगला धौकल निवासी सरनाम सिंह (65) पुत्र सुखवासी लाल शनिवार पैदल कुदरकोट जा रहे थे। कुदरकोट-रुरुगंज मार्ग पर नूरपुर के पास पीछे से आई तेज रफ्तार वैन ने उनको टक्कर मार दी। जिससे उनकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। हादसे के बाद चालक वैन छोड़कर भाग निकला। पुलिस ने घटना की जानकारी परिजनों को दी। पत्नी कृष्णा देवी व बेटे अजब सिंह का रो-रो कर बुरा हाल है। बड़े बेटे राजेंद्र यादव ने पुलिस को बताया कि बाजरे की फसल में कीड़े लगने से पिता कीटनाशक लेने की बात कहकर घर से निकले थे। थानाध्यक्ष मूलेंद्र चौहान ने बताया कि वैन को कब्जे में लेकर शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा गया है। तहरीर मिलने पर मामला दर्ज कर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
